Rapid Restoration and Construction

I had a great experience with this company. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had different crews for the different jobs and all were professional and did an amazing job. They widened my fireplace, replaced the mantel and replaced my front door with a beautiful custom door, etc. to my personal taste. This is a new home so I was surprised when they found an area around the fireplace on the exterior of my home (for access to the fireplace gas line) that was completely unsealed. It was missed by the builder leaving my home open to the elements and potential rodents or snakes. The rain was coming in because of this gap and buckled my wood flooring. The builder originally thought the glue was the problem until RR&C found this issue. They absolutely saved me money and aggravation

Was late doing the work. Also After being told to send the invoice to the insurance company adjuster, someone from the business called me and threatened to put a lien on my house. After a quick phone call which was supposed to be done by the business, I got it squared away and paid for. Extremely unprofessional.

Rapid Restoration, did great work on our storm damage repairs. Looks brand new and you not know any work was even done. Very professional, completed project in a very timely manner.
