Rapid Restoration

Brandon, Michelle and their team were absolutely awesome in every way. The North Fork is inundated with house flooding right now due to the crazy storms, and we had a terrible flood. They were quick, both Michelle and Brandon's communication were excellent and fast, the equipment was sparkling, and they were super speedy and efficient, doing significant demo, treating, and drying in a short period of time. And Brandon was a pleasure of a consistent presence throughout, to do the hard work while we otherwise had a rough week. But it would have been much more horrible without Rapid Restoration!

What an amazing company. We experienced two frozen pipe burst in our finished basement at 1:00 in the morning. I called rapid restoration and they immediately answered the phone. They had a very warm customer service that sent an amazing crew that came to our home within two hours. They sucked up all the water and put up off the floor our personal items. They brought commercial fans and dehumidifiers and started the restoring of our basement. What kind considerate respectful workers. They relieved us of what we thought would be a very stresssful process. Brandon and Michelle the project managers were amazing and very knowledgeable. They dealt with our insurance company and helped us step by step with each process of reconstruction. I give them five stars plus. I highly recommend this comp

We cannot say enough about Rapid Restoration. Our waterline blew off the hot water tank on Christmas Eve at around 9:45 pm. My son suggested we call them immediately. Joe Russo was at our house with in a half hour and got the ball rolling. He and his crew were amazing. It’s been such a process, but a smooth one. Joe handled everything!!! Great guy. Every employee and team member was polite, and worked so hard! Quite impressive. Definitely a reliable hard working company.

Rapid Restoration are absolutely incredible!!!! Brandon, Greg and Joe came in and sorted through our entire garage. We unfortunately had a sewage issue that just about ruined everything in there. Having a toddler and a newborn in the house with mold coming to the surface was extremely concerning. They came immediately and safely removed our property. What was salvageable they cleaned up and stored in our shed and they removed all of the damaged property. They were so kind, they explained everything so thoroughly and created a list alongside us with items that need replaced. They made the start of this process seamless. I could not be more thankful for them.

I have used Rapid Restoration in 2023 when my home was flooded with tidal water and again this past month with the same. Their response is extraordinarily quick and very professional, neat and clean. Dealing with Michelle was fantastic! She is very responsive and does everything to make the process run smoothly. I would like to mention Brandon who was there through the entire process of demo, cleaning up and drying of the home. He is awesome to deal with as he would explain every step of the process. The entire crew were quick neat and courteous. I would highly recommend Rapid Restoration for any flooding or fire damage.
