Rapidpark 25-27 Beekman Street

This place has 1 attendant to park and retrieve cars on a busy weekend morning. I waited over an hour to get my car, creating many problems for my day. The entry area is clean though.

Perfectly fine- I suspect they are sticklers about you parking at the pre-arranged time to get the discount, but that’s the catch, that’s why you get the discount, so park on time and you will be fine- parking lot rules, so don’t lay into the attendant for doing their job! No problems, polite, car unscathed, good price for downtown- what more can you ask for?

Alessy Is the most honest and kind parking manager in the city! I drive a lot in the city for work and 99% of NYC parking is a scam run by scam artist. Not these guys! Here, the staff is friendly and funny, never been overcharged and never a scratch on my car which is treated with respect. These guys rock!!!

Wish there was a negative rating available! Horrible experience at this facility. I booked for 24 hours using spothero and arrived 6 min early. Showed the booking and the attendant nodded n took my car in. Next day I arrived 15 min before checkout time and they charged me 26 bucks for pulling in 6 min before time!! The attendant went rude on me and it ruined my whole day. The worst service ever - I hated it.

We had no issues parking here and we parked twice in the space of a few days. Booked through SpotHero and prepaid in advance. Staff were fairly quick and on the ball. Just make sure you do not go over time.
