This family run business is who you want on your side. They take care of their customers! I was out of town on a trip and the carpenters noticed a leak in my gas line caused by another contractor. Rapids Plumbing and Heating rushed out and fixed it after hours on a Friday. You can rest easy knowing you have professionals taking care of you.

Second time: Couldn't get a response to messages left so I went with another contractor. First time: Tech was friendly, efficient and did quality work. Unlike another company that wanted to push me out over a year. Rapids responded quickly even though repair was not an emergency. I would definitely recommend them. Third time: Water heater install was done quickly and efficiently. I'd recommend them.

My water coming in from the curb burst inside my house the Friday evening of Memorial Weekend. I contacted Rapids Plumbing 1st thing on Tuesday and was told they would do their best at getting out to at least take a look and possibly get us fixed. I was called a couple hours later stating that my problem was fixed and we now have water. The quick response we have received form this company has been 2nd to none!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. They made me feel like we were their only customer and that goes a long way with me. Thank you Rapids Plumbing and Heating!!!!

I had contacted numerous other plumbers in our area to handle the repairs that I needed done. They either never called back or they did not show up when scheduled. Rapids Plumbing called back right away, came the following Monday and fixed everything that I needed fixed. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs and I will be using them again if needed.

Called Rapids plumbing & heating around 3pm ,the next day they were there by 9am and fixed my leaking toilet and other issues promptly. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a rock solid crew and company to handle the work. Shawn our plumber was polite, personable, and eager to get the job done. After the job he also cleaned up any mess that was made. Great people!!
