The movers turned up right when they said they would, loaded up, and got it delivered without delay. The whole thing took less time than expected, which worked out perfectly for my schedule. Easily the best moving experience I have had so far. It all worked out well!

These men were efficient and packed the van so nothing would slide around. They arrived 10 minutes early and finished the job ahead of time. I appreciated that they made sure that none of the things would get damaged or missed during the relocation, which was the main concern.

I finally received my furniture last Tuesday after a long and frustrating process. The communication throughout the move was extremely poor. I had to reach out repeatedly for updates, and the information I was given kept changing. The promised delivery date was September 15th, but my items didn’t arrive until two weeks later. There were constant delays, and I felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic answers. On top of that, the original estimate was completely inaccurate. I was quoted around $1,200, but on the day of the move I was charged $2,186.55 because they said I had more items than originally estimated 72 instead of 40. If I could leave negative stars I would! I was originally told my booking came with 10,000 cargo insurance which was apparently a lie. Then my antique table and chairs were destroyed along with my hutch, my antique christmas decoration and a ton of my boxes were missing. One of the employees tried to steal a gift card that he found in my child's room. It literally fell out of his sleeve right in front of me. They stole my daughters makeup from the bathroom . Then when I turned in the claim they denied it because apparently the cargo insurance was a lie and They wanted to give me 61 cents a pound for my belongings. So over 10,000 in damages and they wanted to give me 500 bucks bucks for it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. they also ruined the floors in my brand new house my dropping items o

Moving musical gear can be annoying when it's a mix of small and awkward items. I had cables, stands, boxes of old equipment, and a couple of larger items to transport across town. The crew got it done without breaking pace. I gave the address and a quick rundown, and they just handled it. No confusion, no last-minute changes. The movers made the whole thing less of a project, which helped since I had other things going on that week.
