RareCare Appliance Repair

This was one of the most mind blowing repair experiences that I have ever had and it is all due to Zeus! Zeus was not only a great repairman, but one of the best humans that I think I have ever encountered. My youngest son was nothing short of obsessed with him and was immediately drawn to him as soon as he pullled up to our house. Zeus has such an incredibly positive energy about him and truly lives up to the name of his business Rare Care. You just do not find the level of service and personality that someone like Zeus offers everyday. I’m not saying I WANT my appliances to break, but now that I have met Zeus, I certainly won’t dread calling the repairman if/when they do. Can’t say enough how diligent, honest and friendly Zeus is. He quickly analyzed the issue with my dishwasher, ordered necessary parts and gave good recommendations on how properly use and take care of dishwasher. Surprisingly I learned something new. After fix was done, dishwasher started to work even a bit better than before. Definitely found a guy that I can trust. Highly recommended

Our dishwasher had stopped working just before Christmas and we were unable to source service through our home warranty and were also let down by another independent provider. By contrast, RareCare went beyond expectations to ensure an interim fix for the holidays while underpromising and overdelivering on the actual part replacement. It does not hurt either that Zeus is a delightful, courteous guy. Highly recommended!

Zeus came out the day after I spoke to him and diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and ordered the parts and he was able to get everything fixed and back working quickly. He did a great job at a fair price and I would use him again for my future appliance repair needs.
