Have been n with Rasa Floors for over 5 years. Our rep is Rudy Infante and he is the absolute best! He takes care of us at Coronado North Apartments like he owns it. Any issues he is on it and makes sure to check in often to make sure all is going well. Give them a call and ask for Rudy!

I have been trying to reach my rep for 2 months with no response. I finally called the office to find out she had been on vacation but Samantha was more than helpful. She got me on the schedule immediately and got me to the people who could help me get quotes for future jobs. Thanks Samantha you were kind and efficient and made my experience great!

Very unprofessional rep, Carolyn Swift, she never answers my phone calls, never answers my text messages, it is so hard to get ahold of her. I contacted her two weeks ago to get my floors replaced but haven’t heard back so I messaged her yesterday, June 26, 2025 and she replied back saying for me to go to a wholesaler or discount store to buy my floor, like are you for real? After that confusing message from her yesterday I reached out to her again, it went to voicemail and after awhile she finally called me back but with an attitude ,she told me how she’s overwhelmed with orders and that she is busy getting orders out for the next day and how she has “ a lot on her plate” and that is why she was not picking up her phone or messaging me back. I am a repeat customer and there is no reason
