⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service, professionalism, and peace of mind I can’t say enough good things about Rats to Bats Pest & Wildlife Control and Taylor in particular. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly thorough, professional, and reassuring during what can be a very stressful situation. Taylor took the time to carefully inspect every possible entry point and clearly explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and why. His team was meticulous, patient, and extremely detail-oriented, sealing all access points and making sure nothing was overlooked. They truly went above and beyond. What stood out most was Taylor’s communication and dedication. He shared video footage, walked me through the plan step by step, and made sure I felt informed and confident the entire time.

We live across from the Savanna’s preserve and had a rat problem in the attic. Not only were they destroying things up there they were drawing more dangerous animals into the yard. Eastern diamond backs, as well as pregnant raccoons. Taylor explained to me if we can eliminate the rat problem we will eliminate all the other nuisance critters. They reinforced every possible way they could be coming and going on the roof and left bait boxes around high traffic areas.9 days later no signs of rats in and round my house. My wife and I have been a snowbird in Florida for the past 14 years. We have never had a rodent problem. Upon returning to Florida this past fall, we found that we had unwelcome Guests in our four unit building. After some DIY attempts to take care of a rat problem I had in my attic, I called Rats to Bats, and Rob came out the next day to inspect the house. He placed traps and put barriers to block the possible entry points, which I could not have done on my own. He arranged the later Monday, Wednesday, Friday visits to check the traps at times convenient for me. I appreciate that he explained the things he would be doing when he came out for the initial visit and the 7-10 day service. He also responded when I texted him with questions. The rat situation in my attic was resolved in the 10 day service and I was told there would be a follow up in 2 months. The service up to this point was what I expected.
