Colton and the Melvins were excellent as usual to work with. I've had these guys handle all my air conditioning needs for the past 2 years. This season I had the 50 year old attic duct work replaced using modern materials as well as replacing the insulation with foam insulation. The work was done on time and on budget with minimal hassle. I plan on working with them in the future.

Colton did an excellent job informing me about what he found upon inspection of my unit and what options I had. (The father (Alan)/son team did an excellent job installing my units, sorry I forgot their names) I was extremely pleased with their work and their assistance in helping me connect to my homes thermostat via my phone.

Colton our a/c tech performance was outstanding. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my a/c issue. Since my a/c was old we had to replace it. Colton was a very friendly and personable person and he provided outstanding service and support. The install team was also outstanding. They were able to deliver and install a new systems in quick time. Both individuals were very polite and courteous. They did an outstanding job installing and kept me and my wife timely informed of their progress. It was a seamless transition and they provided detailed information. I highly recommend Ratti Air and heat for all of your air and heating needs.
