Rausch Fuel Oil Co

I have never had a bad experience with Rausch Fuel Oil until Saturday 1/31 I made a call to RFO on an emergency basis and was able to get a delivery response and I was so happy and appreciative. I get home from work and five minutes later the oil truck pulls up. I was so happy. A minute later the truck was pulling off. I tried to catch him but I couldn't so I got in my car to see if I could catch up to him and I did at the oil property. I asked him why did he leave. He told me that my oil recieving area needed to be clear out. That was totally my fault and responsibility. So he told me to clear it out and when I was done to call him and he would deliver my oil instead he ignored my calls and never came back to deliver my oil like he said he would. My mother lives with me and she is 80 yrs

I didn't realize we were low on oil until today, it's so cold electric heaters couldn't keep up. I called around and either everyone was busy or only took cash. When I called Rausch oil I was told that someone was in the area and I could get oil within the hour. It was. Very patient and kind. I definitely will be back and would recommend. The prices were more than reasonable for the going rates too. Better than any I'd called.

We used Rausch more than a decade ago and never had a bad experience, but trended toward another company for the ease of paying via card. We tried them again a few years back and found they now take cards, are just as convenient as ever with fair pricing and good service, and they can usually get to us quicker than our old company would have been able to. Five stars for the longtime local business!
