As a first-time homeowner facing such a daunting and stressful situation, I felt completely overwhelmed and not familiar with all necessary steps and processes. He clearly explained the process and guided me through the insurance steps, which was extremely helpful. His professional team dried the walls, installed new drywall, and replaced the carpet. Our basement was unfortunately flooded because of a frozen pipe a few weeks ago. We called Raven Rock and they came out and really knocked it out of the park with their service. They knew all of the steps to take to get the water removed and dried out and rebuilt our basement like it never even happened. Highly recommend.
