I am so humbled and impressed by the professionalism and consideration I encountered when I contacted this company for a termite inspection. I needed a termite inspection prior to selling our house, however, our closing date was unexpectedly moved up. I desperately reached out to our current pest provider, who was unable to accommodate my request. We've been using Raven for about 2 years, and I am incredibly impressed with their service and the effectiveness of their products. Joe is incredibly responsive and impressively knowledgeable. We've had quarterly sprays and rodent control as well as mosquito spraying for almost two years. They've come into the house to spray if any issues pop up, and Joe dealt with a wasp nest that had just been built. I'm not sure how to spell her name, but his office person who handles appointments and billing is so friendly and joyful sounding! I'd love to meet in her person some time, because she seems like a fun personality.

My friend specifically recommended Troy to me to assess the mice situation in our home. This was the second pest control company I called out as the previous one didn't find any access points. Troy was able to identify multiple access points throughout our home and treated them. He was efficient and professional, would definitely recommend him!

The team at Raven are the absolute best. So professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating.
