Ray Turnbull Plumbing did a water heater replacement for us as well as a flush and element replacement in our second unit. Alex came out same day as my initial call. He was prompt and even called ahead before arriving as I requested. He made a diagnosis of our water heater issues . BTW: he diagnosed exactly the same issue as another company did earlier in the day. However, Alex’s estimate was $300 less. His crew came the next day and made the replacement and repairs. They answered all of my questions. They were kind and respectful. We are pleased with the work and especially the competitive pricing. 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable guys. I’m still need to compare rates with other providers as I feel it’s bit costly they charge 250 just to show up… overall I thing the job was done right.
