Contacted them and got a fast quote from Cody for a garage door replacement. Within 4 weeks the door and opener were installed. The crew worked really fast and left no mess. The price was good and the installation was great. Pleasure to work with.

6 years ago, I had Raynor install 2-residential insulated doors on our new house. I've had zero problems with them, so when I started building a new machine shed, it was a no-brainer to call Raynor of the Quad Cities again. Adam (my salesman) went through my options, and helped me pick the doors that would look the best, and be most energy efficient. He even gave me a color swatch, so I could order the man door's paint to match. I ended up going with 13' tall, 2" thick doors so I could park tractors and a 5th wheel camper in the shed. Adam warned me that it would be about 6 months for the doors to arrive (yes, it was Covid related supply chain issues). My garage door stopped working last night I called them first thing this morning and they were able to fit me into the schedule, 1 hour later I had my garage door working. I also needed a couple of remote controls and a key disconnect they took care of all of these items in a very efficient manner. This is my first time using this company and I would highly recommend them and use them again if the need arises. I spoke with Christina with the scheduling and Greg did the service, a very professional company.

My middle hinge in the garage is broken. Raynor qc tech came out for 5-10 min and said it cant be fixed and I need to get a whole new garage door. They charged me $100 just to look at it for 5-10 min and give me an estimate of ~$2100 for a new garage door. I called another garage company and they came to fix my middle hinge for less than $250!The garage is working perfectly now. This company is a scam and just wanted to take your money. They charge you $100 for 10 min and it’s not even prorated. They just tell you to get a new garage door that cost over $2k. You better off calling a different garage company. Not Recommended.
