I cant believe all the sour grapes in the reviews below. I used Raynor a few times and always had a great experience. Most recent was today. I would not hesitate calling them again if needed.

Geez, had these guys to my house 3 times to fix my garage doors. Paid them for nothing as they didn’t fix the issue. Finally happy Dave called me and said he would come over and take a look but assured there wasn’t much he could do, so I said why are you coming? He was very rude and I said don’t come. Why would I have you come over and fix nothing again. Called Overhead door and within a minute the tech said the exterior rubber seals are worn out and sticking to the door making them open harshly, loudly any bouncing up and down. Simple fix thanks Overhead Door!

They don't tell you when they will show and they came exactly during the time I informed that I would not be home. Instead of owning their mistake they said it was the only time they had available so they sent someone. They offered to come back 3 days later. No respect for the costumers.

We had had trouble with our garage door for almost a year. My husband tried fixing it. Still wouldn’t work. Called Raynor, original installer of our door 20 years ago. Troy was here same afternoon. Diagnosed that we needed a new opener motor. He installed it, took a little over an hour. Was pleasant, did a great job. Very happy with Raynor overhead door in Syracuse. Would use again.

Yesterday, Raynor's men installed our first garage door opener. It was their last job on a muggy and rainy afternoon. The two men, Ron and Logan couldn't have been more pleasant. They answered any questions my wife and I had while thoroughly explaining all of the components the opener has. Ron and Logan worked very efficiently and both demonstrated knowledge of our door opener. We are very satisfied with the opener but equally impressed by the high level of service we received. This was the third time Raynor has done something at our home or our son's home. We have never been disappointed, because Raynor really knows garage doors and openers.
