Ray's Flooring

Very disappointed in the work that still is not completed in my home. The work started on December 6th. It is December 31st and I haven't heard back from anyone. Very poor customer service. Sloppy work in some areas. Very unprofessional! Please complete the work that I paid you for!! It has been a huge inconvenience for my family. I expect compensation for this.

My new floors are amazing. Install was quick and efficient. Installation crew was professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We've used Ray's to do flooring, cabinets and countertops at both our home and commercial business. Always top notch.

This company does NOT care about customers whatsoever!! I have been trying to get carpet samples and an estimate for several weeks and the salesman Will does NOT answer his phone and won't respond or follow through with ANYTHING!! The receptionist is also extremely rude and condescending to the callers. They obviously do NOT care about getting any business or they certainly don't care about the customers. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!!!

I have been having issues with my master shower leaking for the past 2 years. They partially fixed it once, but refused to do the entire shower. I tried to get in contact with Carlos M. numerous times. He never answers his phone, checks his voicemail, or returns calls. I finally got in touch with him because he was in the office that day. He scheduled Pablo to come to my house that week, but no one showed up. I called Carlos and left a voicemail, but of course never got a call back. I called and left a voicemail with the office manager, but, of course, she never returned my call either. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any service.
