Ray's Heating and Air

Our carrier heating system just died the day of the blizzard leaving us very stressed with a two year old and a newborn. Ed who owns Rays came highly recommended so we had him over the very next day to assess our system. We of course also got other bids and easily agreed Rays quoted us both the best price but also best long term service and warranty. We also liked the that the owner came two days later and personally installed the system. We are very happy and he found and fixed issues others had not detected. It is so nice to deal with a local long established small business and not a big corporation as so many are no longer around. If you are in our near bucks county call Rays and ask for Ed!

Highly recommend Ray’s Heating and Air! They came out same day (on Friday afternoon!) to check our struggling old furnace. Ed was able to cobble together a temporary fix so we had heat through the weekend, and then he was back first thing Monday to install a new furnace. Ed and his team were professional, transparent about options and pricing, and very responsive throughout the process. Pricing was very fair for a dependable, well-done installation, and the warranty gave us real peace of mind. The financing options were also very helpful. Excellent service from start to finish; plan to call Ray’s for all our HVAC needs and highly recommend their work.

I was extremely impressed with the services that I got from this HVAC company. The technician, Ben, was on time. He was well prepared, and he was very clearly experienced. He quickly identified the problem, explained the options that I had, and handled the repair without any hassle. The work was neat, the price was reasonable, and my system is running smoothly again. Overall, this is an excellent service. I’d gladly call again for any HVAC needs.

I actually hate to leave this review, but I had Ray's come out for a full HVAC install in August 2025. They offered competitive pricing and a quick install which was appreciated. However, once the summer season ended we realized that the fan wasn't turning off. I had Ray's return in October of 2025 and they confirmed that the component was faulty and would need to be replaced. They said once the part arrived it would be a quick replacement. It took a while, but the part finally arrived and it was installed by Ben M. the technician. Ben is an excellent representation of this company and as an expert is able to answer all of the questions a customer may have while offering his professional opinion. While the customer service line can be frustrating at times and I really don't like the relay
