I can't say enough about Rivers Edge Flooring! Any type of home project can be overwhelming, no matter how big or small. The moment I walked into the showroom and met Kari, I was instantly at ease. She took the time to explain all the different products, listened to my needs and pulled multiple samples for me to compare. I never felt rushed to make a decision or to purchase anything outside of my means. Come installation day, the installer was right on time and so friendly. He did a wonderful job and Jackson even reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the job. That is great customer service you don't just get anywhere. What a great experience and I'm already working with them for flooring through the rest of my house!
