HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Rayu completely restored my phone. Both sides of my glass were cracked, my phone kept overheating, Bluetooth and GPS wasn’t working, silent, volume buttons weren’t working and it kept randomly turning off & on. Rayu explained everything in fine detail and had amazing customer service and was quick. My phone was fully restored and I was successfully able to trade it in for an iPhone 17 and it kept its trade in value. T-Mobile inspected my phone and said it was in near mint condition. He also fixed my friend’s water damaged charger port.

I was fortunate enough to have Raymond, the owner, come out to check out a Sub-Zero fridge that was acting up, and I can't speak more highly of his professionalism and friendliness. He was able to solve the issue within a matter of minutes and was more than happy to answer a few questions I had along the way. As far as I understand it, Sub-Zero works with a select group of certified technicians to work on their appliances, and I believe this is the only in the nearby area. Fortunately, Raymond and Raytech are great choices for that work if you end up needing it. Also, kudos to the friendly scheduling/office staff for giving me all the information I needed on the phone ahead of my appointment. Much appreciated!

Scheduled a dishwasher repair that took 3 weeks to get, then required waiting 3 weeks for the part after being diagnosed . The repair required the tech to hover over the door to get access to the broken part. Within minutes of the tech leaving, we opened the door of the dishwasher and found the door had no support . We immediately called Raytech and they told us the tech would not be able to return that day. Two weeks later the tech and another man show up and diagnose the problem as broken door springs, totally unrelated to the original problem and that I would be responsible for all charges of parts and labor. Despite the obvious, that the springs broke as a result of the tech putting pressure on the door as he repaired the part, this second man denied any responsibility, called it a “ c

Lionel and Raymond did an outstanding job - fixing our Cove Dishwasher. After trying to use a competitor who was not able to get the job done - Raytech could not have been more professional and capable. I highly recommend Raytech! It is well worth the wait for them to do a job correctly the first time.

I needed a compressor start switch for my Samsung frig. Made a lot of calls and no one could help. Raytech found the part but it would take 7 days, but they also gave me the part # and said it was also available on Amazon. I found it on line and got it here in 2 days. Raytech was very helpful and I am greatful for such nice people. If I need my frig or anything else serviced, It will be Raytech I call.
