We called to get an appraisal for a concrete pad for a carport. Aaron and his crew was very punctual, and professional. I would highly recommend R and B Concrete. These folks were super patient with me and did excellent work. I changed the original plan for my driveway extension and large back patio, and they came back out and gave another estimate and talked through the whole project with me, being very transparent and truthful about how it would work best and why. They planned around protecting my existing underground propane line, septic lines, and upgrading a gutter drainage pipe under the new concrete. They also planned perfectly for gutter drainage pipes under the large new concrete patio. One issue discovered during prep for the patio required my decision and the two options were presented with pros/cons and costs. Zero time lost and very minimal cost difference. After we purchased our new home, we wanted to add a patio off the back porch which we screened in. I got in contact with our builder and he put me in touch with Aaron @ R&B Concrete (the company that our builder uses for his concrete on his builds). I met with Aaron on site at one off the other homes in our subdivision and he walked me through how the construction of the patio would be constructed and he agreed to come over to provide me an estimate. We agreed on the price and they went to work the following week Great job & exactly what we wanted! They fixed any small issues that arose over the next couple of weeks (had one spot that ended up ponding) and fixed it without any further issues. We will be enjoying this space for years to come! 2025: We had them come back for a second job and give us a sidewalk from the front to the back of the house. PERFECT! We had a lot of rain delays but everyone stayed on track waiting for the sun to come out. It’s a beautiful job and we are SO pleased. 2023:This crew was great. They did what they said they would do and maintained good communication throughout the job. We had a sidewalk and a pool decking extension added for our home. The finishing details were just what we wanted and they seemed to take extra pride in the finished look. I called Aaron to give me an estimate on concrete work and to do some grading at my house. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent.
