Had a very positive experience. We've been regular customers for routine boiler service. Had an issue during the cold snap and lost the boiler for a night. For a couple of days in a row they sent a team early in the morning to get our boiler running right. We had a line freeze because the system was off and Jason, the tech, really went above and beyond to solve that problem for as well.

Despite specific mention regarding the importance of sliding the deadbolt that kept the furnace room closed, they serviced the furnace, carelessly left and door ajar and the furnace directly exposed to the elements until a neighbor noticed it open while we were away just before a snowstorm. Just unacceptable after years of a loyal customer

This is second time I've had to call RB to fix my boiler after being serviced by another company. Came right out, professional, our tech was amazing, explained everything From now on, only using this company

We had a diesel fuel smell in the basement. They made a few quick repairs and were off! Great service and a great price.

Fast response to no hot water. Tyler did a great job troubleshooting my boiler today. Five stars
