Very fast and efficient. Really good price. I wanted to get apartment keys copied near my place more uptown and they were going to charge me twice as much. Happy I came here

They made 15 copies of a key, all bad, and blamed it on the source key and wouldn't fix the problem or give a refund. Took the same key to another store and 10 good copies with no problem. You decide if you want to use these guys.

I have been using RBD Lock and Alarm for 40 years. That's right-- 40 years! Through several stores, offices, apartments, bad boyfriends and more in downtown NYC and Brooklyn now, they've changed or installed my locks and each has never needed a repair or broken once (even though I've had to have them change the cylinder because of a guy I no longer wanted to have the key). They're reasonable- done right, done fast- and reliable as can be. I won't go anywhere else for lock installation.

This guy that runs the store is the best. He waited for me to come to make copies of some keys I needed. That was so nice of him. Now I can go on with my day and enjoy it. Thank you RBD for your patience and courtesy

made 3 copies of different keys for me in about 2 minutes, was shocked at how low the prices were. fantastic guys here, definitely coming back when i need help again
