They overcharged for just a simple sink clogged. Charged $800 saying they have to cut the pipe. Not true. Also claimed to snake on the roof will be more. I said no thank you. I called another company and they charged $250 to run the snake through pipe on roof. I’m ok with fair pricing but this was too much.

Disappointed…. They do great work and are very prompt. BUT, were not honest about pricing. Said we were getting equipment at cost because we were paying a service fee for the install. Found out I was charged more than double his cost for equipment plus the high service/install fee. A $4000 job ended up over $7,000. Do your homework. Get more than one quote.

I can't thank Ruiz Plumbing enough for helping me tonight, I called them as I had a massive water leak, Jose was so comforting as I was freaking out. They sent Isaiah to my home and he was very professional and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it, he fix my big problem and i was ableto have wateragain. They were extremely helpful on the phone, very polite and offered some free troubleshooting advice. The people I called before were rude on the phone and gave me 1 ridiculous price to unclog a toilet. They got the 1 star. Ruiz earned 5. 💪
