If I can put 0 stars I would. I hired this guy for a yard grading that's almost little under 1/2 acre , 4 stumps needed to be grinded all the way down,trash that needed to be taken out and lots of branches that needed to be cut up by a wood chipper. 650 dollars for the work. Now this is at my Rental Property. So I dont like to bug my tenants. So he finished my yard grading, the branches and it was done on May 20th Monday at 6pm which I gave him $360.00 for doing HALF of the work. He still needed to take all the trash out and all the stump grinding.On that same day May 20th he told me he was gonna come back. WELL guess what He never showed up, he never called and I waited an hr for him. NOTHING. A whole week went by. He finally got back to me asking me if he can finish the work during m
