RC Septic Installation & Repair

RC was excellent. Miguel arrived the morning we needed him to evaluate the situation and came the next day to repair the pump. He gave us a very reasonable price, explained everything as he worked to make the repairs, left the site clean, and both Miguel and Ramon were perfect gentlemen and quite pleasant. Manners count as much as competence and they had both, plus a good price!

One of your guy's trucks was parked next to me and a fiancee at a panda express and the man closest to us hit our door with his and didn't say anything despite the scratch on our car. This man made eye contact bit didn't say anything. My fiancee was scrambling to get their phone out so we could get a picture of the truck number and noticed some open beers in the center console. Not only did they leave a scratch in the door which honestly is the least annoying part bit they also might have been drunk. If you guys reach out I can send the picture to you.

Another company came to do a simple pumping but then came to me and said we needed a whole new tank because the tank was cracked and crumbled from the inside. They quoted 2,900.00 for a new tank. I decided to call RC and get a second opinion and see if repair was an option. RC was wonderful they came out on a Saturday and inspected the tank which was not cracked at all or crumbling, They upgraded us with a riser and pumped our tank for a very reasonable price. These guys are so professional and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I couldn't have pick a better company, the guy's were great. Easy to work w/ and the job was done exceptionally well. Also, they were the most reasonably priced, compared to others.

Fast, affordable, and did a great job. They even came back and helped us deal with a fill dirt issue, although they weren't obligated to. Definitely recommend.
