We recently completed a roof replacement with RCI construction. We needed to replace our roof due to a hail storm. The RCI team was incredible, They provided excellent communication, quick and timely response to all of our questions They assisted us and guided us through the insurance claim process to help ensure the insurance company reimbursed for ALL the damage . The crews were amazing ,we have a very large roof and they completed the job in one day and did a thorough clean up , including the owner being on site to support and do the inspection to ensure a nail free environment Quality , integrity , follow through, and professional was demonstrated from start to finish We also had a shingle upgraded to class IV Which decreases our insurance costs Thank you RCI

RCI was absolutely amazing! They took care of everything from roof to windows and fence. We did not find one nail or any leftover materials when they finished the work (IYKYK). I couldn’t be more pleased with the communication, follow up and attentiveness they provided. They took care of everything and even worked on our behalf to have our claim reopened and reviewed when the insurance company didn’t pay enough to cover the damage.

Highly recommend. Recent wind and hail damage required a new roof, and more. RCI was contracted, Chris and Ethan went to work. Team handled the preparation, quality work, clean up and follow up for everything. In addition to re-roofing, “other” things need to be repaired – window screens, fence, garage doors, vent pipes / screens… It helps when you have someone who can skillfully navigate the process with the insurance company, and the people doing the roof and “other” work as well – they managed it all. Job well done. Again, highest recommendation!!!

I was inundated with roofers after the March hailstorm. I chose to go with RCI Construction because after 6 other roofers inspected my roof, Chris Irizarry (owner) inspected my roof and not only identified the damage from the hailstorm, but pointed out something else that was unrelated to the storm that needed attention, that everyone else had overlooked. After Chris reviewed how his company would handle my needs along with his standards for a quality roofing job (well above industry standards), I was ready to move forward. Working with Chris and Ethan has been a pleasure. Chris was present, as promised during the inspection by the insurance adjustor. I highly recommend working with RCI! They have been nothing but amazing taking care of our hail damage on roof, window, fence, and gutters. We had some bumps with insurance and RCI kept us up to date with the process and we’re always available for questions. They did amazing work and I am so thankful we used them for our home.
