I hired RCS Roofing for a roof replacement in December 2023. After installation, I observed visible dips and uneven areas across the front slope and top of the roof that should not be there since this was a complete roof replacement (per Scott all the wood had to be replaced because it was rotted). I began contacting the company in 2024 to request an inspection and resolution to multiple issues that I was unsatisfied with. After addressing one issue, I began to reach out again in reference to the dips and uneven areas. In November 2025 I was told by Jason that he would have someone come out with a drone to take photos, that didn't happen.
