I called RDR on the afternoon of December 3rd due to an emergency septic pump out and inspection that I needed done ASAP. I reached Ron immediately when I called and let me tell you, this man is amazing! He listened to me in my frantic state and asked all of the important questions, and was fully in tune with what I needed done. I live in the country near Juneau which is actually a bit out of his normal service area but he was very accommodating. He asked me if anyone is home during the day and I wasn't even sure which day he was talking about, but told him someone is always here. We were absolutely amazed when he had one of his guys Kyle pulling up our driveway at 8am the very next morning! I have used RDR a few times over the years. They are always very responsive to my call and to my needs. I called them at 8 am, and there was a truck there 1 hour later. I definitely recommend RDR for their services. Kyle who was there today was polite, courteous, and professional. Thank you so very much! And you guys did a great job!

Tried calling this morning to schedule my regular septic clean out and inspection when owner answered and barked he was “too busy to be bothered.” Trying to be understanding I said I don’t need you to come out today but can’t you atleast put me on the schedule his response was “Nope.” “I’m swamped and I’m not taking new customers.” I replied I’m not a new customer and just wanted to be put on the schedule and when he took a second to look me up he said well I GUESS I will put you in the schedule then. I left a voicemail for my septic inspection/pumping 4 business days ago and still have not received a response. If they are not accepting new customers or have a family emergency they could easily change their voicemail. Very unprofessional. I just called Dvorak in Cottage Grove, their customer service picked up on the first ring and they are sending a truck out within 3 business days at a reasonable price (approximately $200). Don't waste your time with RDR.

Owner is extremely rude, called because we wanted to support area small business, he told us they could be here within 2 weeks, after not hearing anything for almost 4 weeks, we called to find out status, spoke directly to owner, he was very rude, and said that if we wrote a bad review he would pursue legal action. We never said anything about leaving a bad review, but after this, I felt we needed to just let people know our experience. Contacted another company they were here within 3 business days 👍
