The customer service from United septic was a pleasant surprise. Jenny reached out to me to let me know that the website was having problems with my payment and kept me updated on the progress. In addition, I had a question about the septic cover and a driver came back to let me know why it was not sealing properly. I really appreciate this kind of service, especially when everyone seems to be under staffed.

Very quick service. Pumpers are nice and we're willing to take then time to answer any questions I had. The girls at the office were very helpful and pleasant. I really recommend you try United Septic.

Every 3 years we are required to have our septic system pumped. United Septic does an excellent job. Very neat and very clean. Always leaves the yard in as good a condition as when they came. They are wonderful people to work with.

Brandon was extremely professional and helpful with my septic issue today. He gave me recommendations on how to manage this in the future, was tidy and prompt, and he was kind to my cats! :)

Not happy at all with the customer services especially from Jenny, United Septic has been our exclusive contractor for our services until we were recently terminated for reasons that are still unclear. I have been told by Jenny that "obstructions that are in the way from them being able to complete services", which is not true( I always has staff on site to assist with any of their needs), and that they would now need a street permit to park their truck on the street to service my building, which is not true, and verified with the City, and that it was not her job to look into if a permit was needed or their responsibility to obtain one. WHAT??? It is your job as the contractor you need to know all the local codes and laws. I would have provided one if necessary but was not given the oppor
