Eric at Y's Flooring was my primary contact. He was very thorough, and quite particular in making sure that I would be satisfied with the carpet I picked out. The process was easy, and I had a new floor much sooner than expected.

I called Y’s Way Flooring in Watertown, and they knocked it out of the park. They replaced all the carpet in my home with a gorgeous, soft white that completely transformed the space. It felt clean, fresh, and instantly more inviting. We held an open house and had 12 offers over asking by the end of the day. My realtor kept saying how comfortable and welcoming the new carpet made the home feel. We shopped around for flooring and were not thinking of going with Y's Way. But we were shown a product, told about the good sale and given plenty of samples to try out at home and we were sold. The measuring was done in a timely manner and everything was accounted for and our questions answered. Follow-up was given as the time for installation neared. The installer, Eric, was personable and professional. His installation top notch. We love our new flooring.

I recently purchased an old home and needless to say the floors are not very level which limited my flooring options. I worked with sales rep Erik who was very accommodating and honest about what they could and couldn't do which was extremely helpful. The installers were professional, timely, and worked very hard which greatlyappreciated. Would reccomend
