Re-Bath HQ

The crew and owner at Re-Bath was very responsive, courteous and professional. They showed up when they said they would and returned every day until the job was completed. The designer did a great job helping us match materials so that the shower looked like it seamlessly belonged in our full bath remodel from several years before. This company was great to work with and I would recommend them to others.

I recommend that anyone considering a company that claims to be able to remodel your bathroom quickly consider using traditional methods to get exactly what you want at a better price. Summary of our experience: 1) Work did not start within the timeframe outlined in the contract, 2) Work did not begin within the verbally stated timeframe, 3) Work was not completed within the 4-5 days stated, 5) Crew went on vacation in the middle of the job only telling me this would occur once they arrived on site, 6) Crew returned from vacation late and no one called me to tell me they weren’t come on the scheduled return date, 7) Subcontracted electricians showed up on the wrong day because ReBath did not communicate with them, 8) ReBath charged me $1,500 extra for two hours to install matching floor

I don't review often, but enough is enough. I planned on buying a CleanCut step in shower conversion kit and needed materials using my military discount at Home Depot. Total materials about $500. Home Depot had add professional installation approximately 2 hours. Unfortunately both Home Depot and Lowe's exclusively use ReBath. Sales consultant just left. He said this is a simple job, then insulted me and upset me with a $4000 quote for materials and installation after a veteran discount. Said this is a small job, they don't do cutouts often and the extra cost is because they are number one in country. They are 1 only in star rating in my humble opinion. Find another company to do your work.

First let me start by stating that Nate who came out to talk with us and give the estimate was amazing. He walked us through all the steps to move forward. We also love our new shower! The shower installers could not have been more professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. They even let me come in and peek at the process / they checked in when they had questions about placement of shower caddy’s. The 2 stars is due to the plumber leaving me a mess to clean up in our basement. During the shower demo multiple tiles were demanded and still have not been replaced. Yes, the installers asked if I had and extra to put in (which unfortunately I did not).
