Jan. 2025 In August of 2024, we purchased a new built house from Readdick Construction in the Estates at Sanctuary Cove in Waverly, GA. Our experience with the Readdick employees was very pleasant. They answered our questions about the house, its construction, and other questions about the subdivision. We viewed the house prior to completion. They completed all the punch list items within the house and had the landscape completed by the set time for the closing. Those few things that were beyond their control were taken care of as soon as the subcontractors could respond. Readdick Construction stands out among builders in Camden County which is one of the many reasons we decided to work with them. We were stationed in Guam when we started the building process of our Keegan floor plan. Handing over that kind of control was a hard thing to do but from start to finish the process was seamless. Danielle, the sales and marketing director, was prompt about returning emails and provided pictures throughout the process, which helped us to feel like we were apart of the process even though we were so far away.
