Reading Asphalt did a great job on my driveway. Tony and Shannon were very helpful, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The crew worked quickly and the final result looks perfect. Highly recommend!

The process was so simple. I emailed Reading Asphalt in the late winter, someone stopped by without even me being home and wrote up an estimate. The estimate was great, it had all my cracks outlined so I knew what they were going to fill in. When the weather turned nice and warm I got an email asking what day works. We agreed on a date and a very nice employee showed up, swept and blew off all the dirt then filled in all the cracks and sealed it. Looks very nice and was reasonably priced.

I paid ~ $8900 for my old driveway to be removed, and a new driveway to be installed including leveling, adding substrate, grading assuring the pitch was correct, adding asphalt and rolling/paving. The day it was done, the team knew a mistake was made and left a patch of asphalt in the middle of driveway, too low, and raked up and not rolled. Yet it was late in the day and they left it. The area now fills with water with every rain storm, so I or my guests step in puddles as we get out of the car. It took them from May to Oct to try infrared red, something I learned from expert at UMASS that cannot reheat or restore asphalt. Every step of the project was done with professionalism, on time, to budget, with quality workmanship, and responsive to the minor changes we requested. Tony met me on my schedule and provided a very competitive and timely quote. All email communications I had with Shannon were excellent and we kept each other apprised of their and my schedules. Buyer beware - Worst experience with any company. If there was a rating lower than one star, I would use it. We used Reading Asphalt to replace a driveway. Right after the driveway was replaced, we noticed rough patches on the surface of the driveway. They claimed this was normal and was the result of the machine used to lay down the asphalt. Within a year, a hole the size of a softball developed. They filled it but it was never quite right. Within three years, the driveway began to fail with many cracks, some several feet in length. Now, the driveway will likely need to be replaced in a year or two, even though is was replaced less than 4 years ago. I contacted Reading Asphalt and their response was "this is unfortunate and we will come out to figure out what we can do." They never
