Jonathan and Erik were excellent in their approach of working with my insurance company and communicating often whenever there was an update. After 16 months of discussions with my insurance company they received approval once they contested the insurance companies findings by hiring a mediator for a third party opinion. Once they started the job and completed it in just over a day and 1/2 the roof and guttering looked spectacular. Very efficient and the clean up was so good you never would have thought a new roof was just installed.
