Wanted to like them. I want to first start by saying this is no reflection on the office staff or even the multiple techs (5x) that came out, all have been respectful, but 1. The one that finally prompted this review, Bart Higgins. To be fair, I'm pretty frustrated and burnt out not having this remedied and the continual upsell. Bart you should have never implied that I lied to you when your tech said they would fix the flashing for free. Your office knows it and I have the kids on camara saying it. This company has has multiple attempts to fix this leak, the same leak, not multiple leaks, the same leak. You should have just fixed it and you would have had a customer for life.
