Our Austin, TX business is better because of our supplier relationships, and one of our favorites to work with is Real Floors. Our rep, Pete, is top notch - he truly feels like an extension of our team and is consistently working to provide a 5-star customer experience. Whether it's finding the new perfect flooring, measuring every floorplan (of our 40 floorplans) to ensure we're always able to be serviced with ease, or stopping by to check on us and be a friendly face/make our team smile; Pete goes the extra mile. In the years that I have been working with Real Floors they have done an excellent job. I specifically would like to give accolades to Andrea and Nicole. They always have a way to pull a rabbit out of a hat when needed. They have even done same day carpet replacements for us to help us secure leases that need to move in immediately at the apartment complex that I manage the facilities operations for. Real Floors has proven to be a consistently attentive and reliable outfit.
