I called Real Garage Doors to repair a broken latch on the door attaching to the opener arm. They responded very quickly and provided a very reasonable quote. Larry showed up to do the repair. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he do an awesome job on the repair, but noticed another issue with the tracks, and offered to fix it at no additional cost. We have used Real Garage Doors before and especially after previously having such a bad experience with Precision Doors. This time our spring broke on a Saturday and our cars were trapped inside and Mike set up for his technician to come Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. Larry came on time and did a great professional job fixing it. He was friendly and very helpful. This is a highly recommended business.
