James was amazing! We had stubborn coffee stains on the white carpet that did not come out despite multiple attempts on our own and a professional cleaning from the carpet company from whom we had purchased the carpet.. In less than half an hour, the carpet was spotless and looks like new! I didn’t think it was possible! I wholeheartedly recommend James, and will definitely have him come back to do power washing and window washing for my house as well as for any other carpet issues that come up. Now, if I could only convince my husband to stop drinking coffee in the carpeted room 😂
