Real Improvements

What a nightmare. We hired them to paint the interior of our new-to-us home. Not only did the painters do a terrible job and get paint and overspray everywhere, but management lacked the integrity to take ownership and fix the problems. I'm not sure which was worse, the paint job or dealing with Jay and other management. The painters they sent sprayed the ceilings white but did not cover the brand new floors. They then sprayed the trim and only covered about a foot out, leaving overspray lines all around. There is overspray on all of the switches, fixtures, windows, etc. I'm daily finding gritty light switches, handles, and other things that should have been covered before they sprayed. Just had our house painted by Real Improvements and it looks great ! They all were easy to work with and very professional. Jay was very good about keeping us informed of what they would be doing and when. Also he quickly answered any concerns or questions. Very reasonable pricing. A great group of people to deal with who definitely care about their customers.
