I had a problem with my sewer line being clogged, causing it to back up and overflow into the garage vent. I needed a plumber quickly, and Real Plumbing sent someone out fast—within about 40 minutes of my call. Elias showed up and explained the cost to clear the sewer line before starting any work, which I appreciated. Once I agreed, he took a long plumbing snake out of his van and got right to work unclogging the line. Both Elias and Raymond were very friendly and professional the whole time. I’m very satisfied with how everything turned out and would recommend their plumbing services to anyone in Glendale.

He has helped us figure out and fix issues with our toilet and septic system, and even took care of installing a new appliance for us on short notice, right before a busy time. Raymond makes sure to explain what’s going on with the plumbing and gives clear options for repairs. He also lets us know about things that might need attention down the road, so we can handle them before they turn into bigger problems. I had a water leak that I was worried might be a slab leak, but Raymond quickly let me know it probably wasn’t, which was a relief. He was able to locate the leak fast, and thankfully it wasn’t under the slab. I have to say, hiring this plumbing service was money well spent.
