Being responsible for a house is incredibly daunting, especially in this market where flips are more common than not. He was on time, thorough, and provided a comprehensive report that I was able to use effectively in negotiations. He pointed out plumbing pipes not remediated properly that had the potential for asbestos contamination, identified a kitchen update requiring a permit that I would not have caught, and documented many other items that needed to be addressed.
