The first time i was really impressed with the service! The 3 Ladies were fast yet thorough. They did a professional job and I enjoyed a clean house. However, the next time the company sent only 2 maids who were also done in 1 hour! Needless to say, they couldn’t do a thorough job! I found dust webs in several corners and an unwashed bathroom floor. I complained via email and they did not even answer. If they were running a good business they would have apologized and promised to send 3 maids again or increase the time for 2. Apparently they are not interested. Well, quick and sloppy I can do myself. No need to waste 120$!

We have been using the ladies at Real Touch Maids for almost 3 years now. Never once did I have a single complaint. These ladies are awesome!! Very consistent, reliable, kind, and thorough. Every time I come home after a cleaning you can really see and smell a difference. We are so thankful for this cleaning service!

2 women and 1 man came. They were 5 minutes early. They cleaned a 4 bedroom 4 bath townhouse, 2200 sqft, in 75 minutes. I think it looks great. They dusted everything, including fan blades, vacuumed the house, did the toilets and tubs, swept and washed hardwood floors, and did all the mirrors. I am going to call them to get regular service. This is just too convenient, well done, and priced great, to pass up on!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ALL THEY SAY IS “NO WE DON’T DO IT” On their website, it says they do whole house cleaning. I asked them to do only Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and stairs, they said "WE DON'T DO KITCHEN". I asked them if they can wipe windows, the MANAGER stated "WE DON'T DO WINDOWS". Took them less than 30 minutes to clean my 1336 sqft house. Vacuum machine never entered bathrooms and trashes were never cleaned. When the maids are about to leave, stairs were still dirty so I asked them to vacuum it one more time and the maids said “NO”. I went to the manager who was outside to complain, he came in to my house started vacuuming furiously. I asked the manger how long they usually take to clean a house, he said “45 minutes”.
