The Real Wood Floors team is top notch. From the owner to the office manager as well as the intallers and finishers, we couldn't be more happy with the end result. Everyone at Real Wood Floors who had a hand in helping us get our dream hardwood floors were kind, professional and easy to work with. We had an issue with the original product not meeting our expectations and Jason and his team were outstanding in navigating getting new product and assuring us that we would get the end result we were looking for. Overall, the company has top tier customer service and they stand behind their work. They have different products and offerings to help meet you where you are budget wise and they are also realistic on what will work best for your household and lifestyle.

Real Wood Floors installed beautiful hickory flooring in our family room and kitchen when we moved into our home in 2011. When we experienced storm damage in 2024, they were the first company we called. They provided great advice and recently refinished the floors. The company continues to do excellent work and we are very happy with the results. Very professional from start to finish!

Jason and his team put down wood floors to make mobility easier inside my parent’s condo. They were unbelievably professional and helped my mom move her furniture out, complete the flooring, put felt pads on everything so she didn’t have to, and move everything back for her. The flooring is incredible and looks absolutely gorgeous. The trim along the edge and what they did at the transition spots is nothing short of extraordinary. We are very fortunate to have found Jason and his team.

Highly recommend! We had found a deal on solid red oak ourselves through a wood product company being liquidated, and so were looking for installation only. We got a consultation/quote from a few other companies but none were as knowledgeable about wood flooring specifically as Real Wood Floors. Many seemed to push us towards vinyl instead. One company told us that the black streaks/knots in our purchased wood were “mold” and sign of cheap wood that they would not be responsible for if the final product did not come out well. The owner at Real Wood Floors advised us that this was actually “character grade wood” and is highly sought out by many people. He also examined our wood and assured us it was good quality.
