I am extremely disappointed in the Customer service. It’s been farmed out to the Philippines and they don’t care about what situation is going on. They just follow a pre-written script. I’ve been a customer of Reale pro Parking/icon Parking for almost 14 years and they randomly decided to start raising the prices every couple of months Without my agreement over the last nine months. Previous to the last couple of years you could speak to somebody in Customer service that actually was here in the United States and they were helpful and in resolving problems and situations based on what was going on, I’m extremely disappointed and will be leaving this parking lot never to return

The garage has very friendly staff for the most part and except for one or two occasions, I never had any issues. The main problem was the price, I was a monthly customer for about 5 years here, and I had my rate increased by 5-10 percent almost twice a year.

Brutal. No staff at the entrance so regularly wait for up to 10 mins to speak to someone. Today no one answered the phone and I have not been able to access my vehicle. Also while construction was being done on the premises, clearly my windows were left open and the entire interior of the vehicle was covered in dust. And to top it off multiple scratches for the parking attendants having hit other cars while parking.

AVOID at all costs! SCAM and SHAMEFUL business with rude and hostile employees from beginning to end. Unbelievable what happened - when trying to leave I was told the ticket I pre-purchased online was invalid and if I wanted my car back I'd have to pay an additional$20. The employee yelled at me and put her fingers in my face. No supervisor, no customer service at midnight. I ended up calling the cops. I still had to pay the 20 while they told me I should just take it up with the BBB. After enduring harassment while being held hostage and stressed out for 45 minutes I dIdnt even think to get a receipt for my $20 cash payment. Please guys, avoid this place with its wretched employees and financial abuse!

This is exactly what happened to me at one of the ICON parking garages. They told me to leave the parking coupon in the car. When I picked up the car the coupon was gone. Strangely, the person who went to get the car asked me "where the coupon was in the car" Why would he ask ? I assume he took it then when he went to get the car so he could charge more.
