I am very disappointed in this company. I guess if you have $25,000 or more to spend, they might do a good job for you. But I have a modest house and a modest budget and wanted a simple landscaping plan for my home. I was told six weeks, I had to wait eight weeks and when I received the plan there were numerous errors. I requested corrections to be made and have them sent to me a soon as possible. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting. I had to pay in full upfront and have no recourse. I have not heard back from Sally Ream personally via phone despite numerous phone calls and emails. No apology or excuse as to why this simple project is still not complete. I wish she had been straight with me from the beginning and let me know that since it's such a small project I would be put on
