Probably the most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever talked to. They all sound like they are aggravated to answer the phone or to even have a conversation, that’s when you can actually get them to pick up. I wasn’t impressed at all with the brief conversation I had especially with how much I was transferred. It was like no one up there knew anything. Definitely recommend finding someone more nice and who would take better care of your needs.
They are pouring new concrete at the Massee apts today.Went to take out garbage and it took me 30 minutes. The guy driving the pouring truck and the guy directing him would not let me Cross to dumpster, so I stood outside holding my trash for a lengthy period. Extremely RUDE.BTW , I'm older .
