I had carpeting installed by Rebecca’s last summer. Everything went well and they were willing to work on my timeline. However, I’m in the process of cleaning my radiators and just realized they never cut the carpet to the appropriate size and this looks like a fire hazard to me.

My wife and I visited Rebecca's around the end of July in 2018. First off, despite a small showroom, it was very well put together. Every type of flooring was beautifully displayed, Howard was such a big help, and excellent about showing all the different types that we were interested in. He helped us select some beautiful vinyl tile, and some very nice upscale carpet. They then came out to take some measurements so they could put together a quote to install carpet for us, which they sent over really quick. After a while, we told them we were ready to move forward, and they were excellent about working with our schedules to get the installation done. 5 years ago, I did my whole condo with LVP from Rebecca's Flooring. It has held up beautifully. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and the installers were also great. I will definitely go back!

We had a bad experience with Rebecca's flooring. We ended up having a lot of extra carpet material than what we needed.
