Update - approaching one year without any effort to resolve the issue. Rebuild was responsible for replacing our roof in the year prior to buying our house. During the May storms in Austin, the roof vent was lifted and let in a significant amount of water, which resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. Upon inspection by two separate third-parties it was determined that the venting had only been partially installed, with only every ~4th nail actually being applied. By not properly securing the vent, the wind from the storm was able to lift the vent and let water in, which resulted in electrical and cosmetic damage throughout our second floor.
