ReBuilders Commercial Restoration

I contacted ReBuilder’s Restoration in regard to a growth problem at my property, and they DID NOT disappoint! They gave a very informative, detailed quote, walked me through all the steps of the process, and were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. They work very diligently and genuinely have a passion for the work that they do. I could not recommend them enough!

The team at Rebuilders was quick to act when calling them regarding a sewer backup in my home. They were able to mitigate my issue to prevent further damage, compile a comprehensive report on their findings to provide to the insurance agency, and were very helpful in helping in communications with the insurance agency.

The Rebuilders team was professional throughout the process. I especially appreciated the open and prompt communications, right from the start. When I asked a question, they answered it right away. They were totally up front and honest with me regarding the work they would do and the price. Specifically, I had them install ledger stone on a very large wall area, and also install backsplash glass tile in my kitchen. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. For example, they helped me take down my TV and reinstall it, and painted areas next to the ledger stone that had gotten unavoidably scuffed during installation. If I ever have more remodeling work to be done, I would certainly call Rebuilders again, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

In my opinion, I was not happy with the performance. They lost the keys to my house and then had to fight to get action. They sent a locksmith but I am not sure what they did because I still dont have keys to the door locks. I used them for an insurance claim and the work was done. Communication was not excellent and then they lost my keys and it took a lot of effort for them to do something about it since it was at a second house I am not at all the time, it gave me concern that my house was now vulnerable to someone entering with the keys.

This company knows what they're doing and take pride in the work. All my questions were answered quickly and the damage I needed to get repaired was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company for any restoration work needed.
