Jadene helped us in choosing our LVT flooring, we have cats and wanted pet friendly flooring to replace light colored carpeting. Bob initially took measurements, then returned to check on how things were progressing. Joe Patula and Darren Kordell were our installers. They did a beautiful job and went over and above what we expected. We're very happy that we chose REC and would highly recommend them. They did 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 halls, steps, and a landing. The job took several days and everyone was very personable and friendly.

The products I've received were high quality. The installation services are good and reasonably priced. The employees are nice, accommodating, and willing to answer questions. It's a place I've returned to for business and recommended to others.

Wasted trip! Wasted time! Went in recently on a late Saturday morning. Greeted by a gentleman at the front desk stating that if you need help, he only works there a few hours a week. Really couldn’t be of much help. Was there to look at tile. Never left the desk. Knew nothing and when I said oh you sell blinds too, he said he couldn’t help with information on that either. Why is this person manning the store if he can’t help with anything? Don’t waste your time!!!!! We took two tile boards home and since we couldn’t get any information until Monday, we took the boards to be helped by a competitor right up the road at Leading Edge. R.E.C.has everything you would expect from a store that has stood the test. Nice showroom and they can line you up with good installers. They used to have a section where they had work boots, jeans, etc,& I thought it was a cool extra thing around that just made it unique. Staff are super knowledgeable in regards to their products & warranties.Their crpt installers rates are best in this area.

I had my outdoor carpet replaced on one large patio, a smaller porch and my basement steps. Dave arrived on time and did a great job in the extreme heat. He did it all by himself and it looks great. I am very pleased with his work. Everyone I dealt with was very nice to work with.
